fundamental requirements of the: NIST CSF V2.0 Framework.
By undertaking this course, attendees will be equipped
with the knowledge & requirements necessary for
effectively implementing the cyber security framework, with a
comprehension of how to utilise the NIST CSF SMB and other
NIST cross-referenced frameworks that the CSF V2.0 draws upon.
Attendees are also provided with a number of templates and tools
to easily implement the CSF V2.0 in a rapid manner, to enhance cyber resilience

NIST CSF V2.0 Overview – Course Content
This course has the objective of providing attendees with the ability
to rapidly and easily implement the fundamentals of the NIST CSF V2.0
by utilising the small business edition, coupled with the provided resources:
example policies, procedures, forms and associated tools, such as cyber security
maturity measurement, progress, ongoing reporting and resources from NIST and the CSA.
Course Outline:
The course is comprised of the CSF key requirements, with the focus being upon the
CSF core functions within the CSF SMB. Each requirement is introduced and how the CSF
may be utilised in mapping between the functions, categories and sub-categories.
Attendees will learn how to create their organisational profiles, as well as in assigning Tier values.
Additionally, a thorough comprehension of how to implement the CSF, without the technical knowledge
required that may be outside of the skillset of attendees, is provided, especially with a focus
upon those organisations with limited resources and a high degree of reliance upon 3rd parties.
The learning objective is to ensure that attendees have a full understanding, of how to create relevant
policies, procedures and reports, allied to the knowledge of the CSF functions and how to leverage
these for cyber resilience uplift through implementing the CSF V2.0.
Course Delivery
This course can be delivered by 365 Cyber either online, synchronously to offer real-time learning experience,
or it may be taken on-demand online only.
It is designed to be completed in approximately 1.5 hours.
Participants are able to join live delivery as scheduled virtual sessions, led by expert instructors, enabling interaction,
questions, & collaboration with peers in a dynamic online environment.
The course content is delivered through live lectures, interactive discussions, & activities,
ensuring active participation & immediate feedback.
This synchronous delivery mode allows participants to deeply engage with the material, share insights,
& benefit from real-time discussions, while maintaining flexibility to fit the course into their busy schedules.
Additionally, those who attend at least one live hour of the four-hour session can complete the remaining hours
asynchronously at their convenience, providing a tailored and accommodating learning experience.
